New Jersey has been my beat for 20 years. I
am a broker who has been a member of the New Jersey Distinguished Sales Club
since its inception in 1984, and I've been a member of the State Million Dollar
Club at the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels since the early '80's. In 1998 I
was the #38 Remax Agent in New Jersey, was in the top 50 again in 99. 1 hold
the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and have been a member
of the 100% club since joining Remax.

work directly and exclusively with relocating buyers and sellers. When a buyer
or seller and I elect to work together they have my exclusive attention. Other
people who work with me to ensure a smooth transition handle clerical, technological
and administrative matters only. I list and show homes, negotiate contracts
and remain in constant communication with my clients. I guess it could be
said that I love what I do and I do what I love!

clients I've moved cross country half a dozen times! Or they come by personal
referral from a wide assortment of companies or real estate professionals.

receive custom packages. Our team subscribes to "Know the Neighborhood",
as well as the School Report comparisons between present and contemplated
school districts as well as state statistical reports. I've taught and worked
for the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in my previous life, so I can bring
a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you interpret the statistics!
Our clients who are not receiving corporate financing
packages can participate in a wide spectrum of mortgage lending fields. We
handle every kind of financing imaginable.

extremely knowledgeable hands-on brokers who will provide you with detailed
needs, assessments, and custom drawn to the community you select.
Referrals to service people: electricians, landscapers,
plumbers, handymen, etc. are an ongoing service. We pride ourselves on building
